Return considerations apply to StepStart Sprint, StrideFlow Builder, and Momentum Atlas when a client submits a request within the defined request window and before substantial plan-delivery milestones have been completed.

Requests are reviewed based on product stage, delivered materials, and communication timeline.

Request Window

Clients should submit return requests within 7 calendar days of product purchase confirmation. Later requests may be evaluated case-by-case where partial service adjustments are practical.

Time-sensitive requests support clearer outcomes and faster resolution cycles.

How to Submit a Request

Send a request through the contact form on shyxaronyzir.world and include your product name, purchase date, and reason for return. Unpause will acknowledge receipt and outline next processing steps.

All evaluations are documented to preserve transparency and consistency across requests.

Resolution Options

Depending on service stage, outcomes may include full return approval, partial return based on completed deliverables, or coaching-plan adjustment proposals that better match client scheduling needs.

Resolved requests are communicated clearly with timing expectations and final status details.

Non-Return Cases

Requests may be ineligible when core onboarding deliverables and scheduled guidance blocks have been fully executed, or where misuse and policy violations are identified.

Unpause provides an explanation when eligibility criteria are not met.

Processing Time

Most decisions are issued within 10 business days after receiving complete request details. Processing timelines can vary based on volume and completeness of supporting information.

Status updates are shared through the communication method supplied by the requester.
